One of the things about planting and tending flowers in the yard is the often short duration of their beauty. Lots of work for often short-lived reward. It is probably a bit narcissistic to think there is benefit in having TWO fotopages.com phlogs...but the other page, as much as I like it, has grown to be daunting and unwieldy...those who have been faithful to viewing my page (Naomi, Sherri, Shamsul, Marty, Elaine, so many others...) are able to "keep up" with my sporadic posting...this forum will hopefully be more accessible, and more reflective of what I would want people to see of my photos at first glance. This first entry is to highlight some of my first attempts at medium-format, and other B&W photography, self-developing, and printing. I am in love with the B&W format, and realize I don't do it justice. But, I still find joy in these prints just the same.
